Meetup 11
"Coping with Procrastination"
During this inspiring BracingEmotions meetup, overseen by Juvena Ajwani, we challenged common beliefs about procrastination and explored how it may reflect internal conflicts. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, we engaged in healthy discussions where everyone was encouraged to share their experiences. By the end of the session, we felt lighter and learned valuable strategies and techniques to help prevent future procrastination while acknowledging our feelings.

Meetup 13
"Relationship & Vulnerability"

What exactly is vulnerability? What does it truly mean to be vulnerable? Is it when you cry your heart out? Or is it when your “deepest and darkest secrets” finally come to surface? Maybe it is the “capacity and possibility of being destroyed” (?)
We as humans have a very primitive instinct to protect ourselves, to “keep our guards up” and this, mind you, is perfectly natural. In this sense, being vulnerable means to let the guard down. To present your true self before someone - it could be anyone - parents, siblings, partner, friends, colleagues or even strangers! By doing this, you are letting someone in on your emotional space.
To be able to do this, you need to find out your own definition of vulnerability and it is equally important to hold space for others to be vulnerable around you. Thereby you can have transparent and healthy relationships.
